    Gambling for Otakus

    In the j-land, deep within the bowels of Shinjuku, lies a multitude of gambling machines. But not just any ole gambling, anime gambling! What you see up above is a slot machine that reacts to the player’s victory’s(or losses) with a short story or event. The game is called Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angel which was created by Trivy along with other games I’m not bothering to mention here. Here is a video explanation (in japanese) about how the game operate.



    Here are 2 rather long video’s of an anonymous gent showing off the machine. Again, they are like 9 minutes each so watch if you reaaaaallllllly have nothing better to do.




    I’m not a heavy gambler, but such measures as this would keep me glued for a number of hours. If the moe gambling isn’t your type, then you might enjoy the EVANGELION approach, or perhaps Metal Slug?
