    2d vs. 3d My sketchy attempt!

    I decided to 2d one of the images I took at A-fest last year just to see if I could pull it off. I really didn’t have much difficulties with the drawings. I know it isn’t perfect because I changed some minor things on purpose.

    200 internets to whom ever can tell me who the lady is on the image in the middle of the drawing. :D

    A poll speaks louder than words….

    So school started again for the spring semester and I’ve been……..schooling for the past 2 days. I’m actually glade to be back in a classroom, I’ve spent most of my winter break not doing a damn thing.(cold >>> motivation) The only thing I have a problem with so far is waking up at 8 am. I screwed up my sleeping schedule damn professionally over the break and I’m using the “minimal sleep” method to fix it back asap. It’s working………..but it’s painful. Well, it is my own fault.

    Ever since the time I posted up the poll asking what you out standing visitors want more out of my site, I have been checking back at the results of which choice stands out the most. It started out a bit even at first, but then the voters began to target a specific choice and it has continued with that choice since. The choice, of course, I am referring to is “More sexy girls”.(big fucking surprise eh?)

    From the time of writing this post, “More sexy girls” is a head with 7 votes while “Nothing, your doing fine” is left far into the dust with 2 votes and “Games, games, and more games” along with “More sexy guys”(ughhh) is barely on the poll with 1 vote each. This is a total of 11 votes so far with the rest of the choices sitting at 0.

    I know I haven’t done a lot of sketches lately, let alone “more sexy girls”, but I still have some day time left so I might do some artistic exercise today. In the mean time, here is a video that has nothing to do with what I just talked about!

    Actually, it’s a old video of me recording stuff at the anime convention A-Kon 19. I know I mentioned having these uploaded ages ago but………………..better late than never eh??…….EHHH???????

    Well, if you haven’t figured it out yet, it’s just a rock.

    I couldn’t find any tutorials on digital painting landscapes so I had to wing it. I decided to only use gray scale on this image considering adding color would only make things more difficult.(as if it wasn’t hard enough) *Sigh* I have a long way to go if I ever want to be an ace at backgrounds.

    Final Fantasy 13 is going there…

    Action, comedy, and ecchi = Hit new anime!

    It’s that time of year again! Out with the old anime and in with the new! I decided to take a look at Asu no Yoichi, a action/comedy/ecchi show that’s actually pretty generic but at least it’s doing it right. The story is about a boy who lives in the mountains all his life with his father while training to be a samurai via wooden sword.(they have a name for them but I’m too lazy to google atm) Since the boy has become so skilled in the art of the samurai, his father asked him to leave the mountains and see the rest of the world. In doing so, his father makes an arrangement with an old family connection so the boy can have a place to crash. This place, incidentally, happens to be housed with 4 girls………only.

    By this point you can predict what to expect.



    Yeah, I’m sure that was just an “accident”.


    But like I said, it’s just good ole fashion action/comedy/ecchi. I don’t have high expectation in the “blow my mind” department, but I know it won’t let me down in the “keep me amuse”.
